Two decades, one standard
Leka-Invest was founded in Germany in 2004 and initially managed construction projects. The real estate department grew out of that work — along with the conviction that a price is only as good as the checks behind it.
We also say when a deal does not fit
An agent who always says yes is not an adviser. We have declined mandates because the price was unreachable, the substance missing or the timeline dishonest. That costs revenue in the short term and nothing in the long term.
Our size allows closeness: one contact per mandate, no hand-offs, no queue. And the link to Leka-Construction's technical expertise means renovation costs in our figures come from experience.
